Payments and Pricing
All sessions are 55 minutes in length. Different formats are offered to accommodate individual finances and clinical need. All major credit cards are accepted.
$185-Standard weekly session
Clients may be offered a reduced weekly rate upon request and with documented need. Once you progress and are able to reduce sessions to biweekly or weekly, the standard rate of $185 per hour will apply.
Virtual GTEP Group (Group EMDR)
Virtual GTEP Group (Group EMDR) with certified EMDR therapist
(GTEP has been referred as "a faster and more gentle approach for processing trauma")
- 6 weeks-limited to 6 people
- 2 facilitators
- Learn stabilization and grounding skills
- Encouragement to share various positive experiences
- Individually processing trauma (with BLS) through guided instruction
from the facilitator and co-facilitator
- Support from our co-facilitator
*At no point are G-TEP EMDR group members required, asked, or encouraged to discuss any details of their traumatic episode with others in the group.
-Required 1 hour individual assessment including group preparation and planning-$185
-Weekly 1.5 hour group session-$100
-Optional 1 hour discharge session-$185

Clinical Consulting and Training Services
Clinical consulting and training rates vary depending on your facility's needs. Call to schedule an interview to discuss what I can offer your facility.
Contracted Therapy (at facility)
$125 for 55 minute face-to-face individual session, including documentation for contracted EMDR, addiction, and/or mental health services.
Prices vary for recreation therapy group sessions and introduction to the Pathways Connect program, at facility, or in community location (Offered monthly, call for details and pricing).
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or the client will be billed for that session. This is true for both individual counseling and contracted work.
For individual counseling, payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balances will be automatically processed after 30 days of non-payment. The client is responsible for providing the clinician with up to date billing information such as name, address, and credit card. For the Pathways Connect program, you will be billed at enrollment for your monthly commitment and every month thereafter until completion. You may opt out at any time. However, refunds will not be given for partial participation including missed sessions or incomplete months. For clinical consulting, and contracted therapy, Pathways will bill at the same time each month or at time of service.
